Product Operate Guide

  • Power-on preheating: Start the system and preheat it to the set temperature range.

  • Parameter Settings: Set the sterilization temperature and duration according to the product type.

  • Equipment inspection: Verify that the pipelines, valves, and seals are in good condition and free from any leaks.

  • Material Preparation: Connect the qualified raw milk storage tank that has undergone pre-treatment.

  • Startup operation: Start the feed pump, and activate the sterilization and cooling units.

  • Temperature Monitoring: Continuously monitor the outlet temperature of the sterilization section to ensure it meets the standard.

  • Flow regulation: Ensure that the flow remains within the design range of the equipment.
