First it will be poured onto conveyors, by visual system, the device will select abnormal shape of strawberries. This step will ensure subsequent removal efficiency.
Second, strawberry one by one will pass through delta robot with cutting device. The small blade will recognize calyxes position on each strawberry and achieve accurate cutting.
Third, strawberries and removed calyxes will be conveyed to cleaning system. This step will separate strawberries pulp and calyxes.
The automatic strawberry capper can reach removing efficiency above 90%, which is fully automated and saves labor cost. Take each strawberry weight as 20g, it will cut around 1ton strawberries per hour. If you want to increase efficiency to 2ton per hour, we can also customize the solution.
