This physalis peeling machine is specially designed for automatic husk removal of physalis (golden berry, ground cherry), solving the pain points of traditional manual peeling such as low efficiency, high labor cost and easy fruit damage. It realizes continuous feeding, husk stripping and fruit-husk separation in one process, widely applicable to fruit processing factories, food plants, berry deep-processing enterprises and agricultural product processing workshops.
After ordered feeding, physalis with outer husks enters the peeling unit. Through flexible friction extrusion, air blowing separation and screening structure, the dry outer husks are completely stripped off without cutting or squeezing the pulp. Clean physalis fruits and discarded husks are separately discharged from two outlets, supporting non-stop continuous production.
1. High peeling rate & low damage rate Intelligent flexible peeling technology ensures the peeling rate reaches ≥98%, fruit breaking rate controlled below 2%, greatly reducing raw material waste.
