This intelligent depalletizing/palletizing system integrates 3D vision recognition technology with a high-precision robotic arm, serving as a versatile Depalletizing Solution. It automatically identifies the position, posture, and specifications of goods on a pallet—powered by core components like the Vision system depalletizing robot—eliminating the need for manual positioning. It performs both depalletizing (removing goods from the pallet) and palletizing (stacking goods onto the pallet in a regular pattern), with its capabilities aligned with advanced Automated Robotic Depalletizing Systems. Suitable for a variety of industries, including food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and logistics, it can accommodate goods of varying sizes and materials, resolving the inefficiencies, high errors, and reliance on human intervention associated with traditional manual or mechanical depalletizing/palletizing systems.


1.Precise 3D Vision Identification:

Automated Robotic Depalletizing is equipped with an industrial-grade 3D camera, which can detect offset goods, skewed stacking, and reflective surfaces, achieving a positioning accuracy of ±1mm.

2.Integrated Depalletizing/Palletizing:

The Robotic Depalletizing Solution allows the same device to switch between depalletizing and palletizing modes, eliminating the need for two separate devices and saving space and costs.

3.Efficient and Stable:

The Bags Robot Depalletizer’s robotic arm can operate at speeds of up to 12-15 bags per minute, with a continuous operating failure rate of less than 0.5%, far exceeding manual efficiency.

4.Safety:

Equipped with an infrared sensor and an emergency stop button, the machine automatically slows down or stops when a person approaches the work area, complying with industrial safety standards.

5.Data Integration:

Supports integration with enterprise systems, enabling real-time synchronization of production data for easier production scheduling and management.

Q1: Can the robot handle irregularly shaped items?

A1: Yes! The 3D vision system can recognize the contours of irregular items, and the robotic arm will adjust its gripping angle based on the actual shape. However, if the item does not have a fixed gripping point (such as loose powder bags), a customized gripper is required.

Q2: Does the equipment require regular maintenance? How often is this maintenance performed?

A2: Regular maintenance is required: the 3D camera lens needs to be cleaned every two weeks; the robotic arm joints need to be lubricated every three months.

Q3: If the item specifications change, does the equipment need to be re-calibrated?

A3: No complicated adjustments are required! Simply enter the new item dimensions on the touchscreen, and the 3D camera will automatically re-identify the item, adapting to the new specifications within 1-2 minutes.
