This Depalletizing Robot is specifically designed for depalletizing feed and flour bags—with the Flour Bags Depalletizer tailored for flour products and the Heavy-Duty Bags Robot Depalletizer handling weighty loads. Considering the moisture absorption and breakage of these bags, and that each weighs 25-50 kg, it utilizes a "flexible gripper + anti-stick conveyor" design. It automatically completes the entire process from pallet unpacking and conveying to designated ports or storage areas, without manual handling. This minimizes dust contamination and prevents bag damage, making it ideal for large-scale production in feed mills, flour mills, and grain processing plants.


1.Industry-Specific Gripper:

Designed for Bagged Material depalletizing—covering feed bags (woven bags, oil-proof paper bags) and flour bags (food-grade paper bags, PE-lined bags)—the gripper features wear-resistant rubber grippers (for feed bags) and food-grade silicone grippers (for flour bags), respectively. This prevents bag damage while meeting hygiene requirements, and pairs seamlessly with tools like the Bag breaking robot.

2.Compatible with Multiple Stacking Methods:

The Customized robot unloading solution automatically identifies the commonly used "cross stacking" and "multi-layer flat stacking" for feed and flour bags in Bagged Material depalletizing, eliminating the need for manual adjustment of the stacking method on the pallet.

3.Compliant with Hygiene and Safety Standards:

Food-contact components (such as grippers and conveyor lines) of the Customized robot unloading solution—including parts for the Bag breaking robot—are removable and washable, meeting both food and feed industry safety standards.

1. Feed mills:

Depalletize 25kg/50kg bags of pig feed, chicken feed, and aquatic feed, and transport them directly to the mixer feed inlet, reducing manual feeding steps.

2. Flour mills:

Depalletize 25kg bags of wheat flour and corn flour, suitable for cleanrooms to avoid flour dust contamination, and transport them to packaging machines or storage silos.

3. Grain processing plants:

Depalletize bagged grain flours (such as soybean flour and rice flour), balancing food hygiene and efficiency, suitable for small-batch, multi-variety production.


1. Hygiene Inspection:

Before use (especially when unpacking flour bags), remove the grippers and removable parts of the conveyor line, clean them with food-grade detergent, allow them to dry, and then reassemble.

2. Pallet Positioning:

Push the stacking pallet into the machine's "Pallet Positioning Area"; the machine will automatically sense its position.

3. Mode Selection:

Select "Feed Bag/Flour Bag Mode" on the touchscreen (preset gripper force and conveyor speed, no manual adjustment required).

4. Automatic Operation:

Click "Start" and the robotic arm will grasp the bag with its flexible gripper, move it to the conveyor line, and gently place it at the designated location (such as the feed inlet).

5.Stop and Clean:

After a batch is completed, activate "Automatic Powder Cleaning." Turn off the power and cover the dust cover when not in use for extended periods.
