This system is a customizable intelligent depalletizing device—including the Robotic Depalletizer and Bag unpacking robot—designed specifically for bagged goods. Its core consists of a customized robotic arm fixture, an adjustable conveyor line, and an intelligent control system, laying a solid foundation for efficient Depalletizing with Robots. It can be customized based on the bagged goods' material (such as woven bags, paper bags, or plastic bags), weight (10-50kg), and stacking method (single-layer or multi-layer staggered stacking). This addresses the pain points of traditional depalletizing equipment, such as limited adaptability and easily damaged bagged goods. It is widely used in industries primarily focused on bagged goods, such as feed, fertilizer, flour, and building materials.


1.Fully Customizable:

Customizable grippers (eg:vacuum cup, claw, or lift), conveyor line lengths (2-10m), and depalletizing speeds (5-15/min) are available to accommodate different cargo characteristics—like Chemical and Plastic Pellet Unloading (plastic bags for sticking resistance), Grain Industry Depalletizing (woven bags for scratch resistance), flour bags depalletzing (paper bags for pressure resistance), and the Automatic Can Depalletiser (vacuum cups for can stability).

2.Bag-Wreck Prevention:

The grippers are made of flexible materials (eg: silicone or rubber) with adjustable gripping force (0.5-5kg), preventing bagged cargo (eg: those in flour bags depalletzing and feed bags) from breakage and leakage, with a breakage rate of less than 0.1%.

3.Flexible Site Adaptability:

The equipment—including the Automatic Can Depalletiser—can be designed as either floor-standing or suspended, occupying a minimum footprint of 3 square meters, making it suitable for small workshops or existing production line renovations in Grain Industry Depalletizing scenarios.

4.Low Labor Dependence:

No manual positioning is required; the machine automatically identifies gaps between stacked items—ideal for Chemical and Plastic Pellet Unloading’s bagged goods. After destacking, cargo can be directly connected to the conveyor line for the next process (such as sealing and packaging).

5.Controllable Costs:

The machine offers a range of options, including "Basic (fixed specifications) - Advanced (partial customization) - High-end (full customization)," tailored to customer needs in Chemical and Plastic Pellet Unloading, flour bags depalletzing, and beyond, offering flexible budgets and high cost-performance.

1. Feed Industry:

Unstacking 25kg/50kg bags of compound feed and premixes, connecting them to production lines for automated feeding;

2. Fertilizer Industry:

Unstacking bagged compound fertilizer and urea to prevent skin damage during manual handling;

3. Flour/Grain Industry:

Unstacking 25kg bags of flour and rice to prevent breakage and meet food hygiene standards (the clamps can be food-grade certified);

4. Building Materials Industry:

Unstacking bagged cement and lime powder to reduce dust pollution and protect worker health.


1. Customization Plan Confirmation:

Before use, confirm that the clamp type and conveyor line height match the actual bagged goods (e.g., a claw-type clamp for 50kg woven bags).

2. Equipment Inspection:

Check the clamp wear and conveyor belt tension to ensure there are no obstructions.

3. Parameter Settings:

Enter the bag weight, number of depalletizing layers, and conveyor line speed via the touch screen and save a "Customization Parameter Template" for the corresponding goods.

4. Startup:

Push the stacked pallet of bagged goods to the designated position on the machine and click "Start." The machine will automatically depalletize (grab the bagged goods → place them on the conveyor line → transport them to the next process).

5. Troubleshooting:

If the grip is unstable, check whether the gripper force needs to be adjusted. If the conveyor is stuck, pause the machine and clear the conveyor line of foreign objects.
