Operation Process

1. Preparation:

① Check whether the appearance of the equipment is damaged and whether the connections of each component are stable.

② Confirm that the power connection is normal and the voltage meets the equipment requirements.

③ According to the size of the carton to be sealed, manually adjust the width adjustment handle and height adjustment handle of the carton sealer to adapt the equipment to the carton specifications. Pay attention to the scale mark when adjusting to ensure accurate adjustment.

④ Install the tape roll of appropriate width to the tape rack, adjust the position of the tape so that it can be transported smoothly, and pull out a section of tape, bypass each guide roller in turn, and ensure that the tape path is correct.

2. Box sealing operation

① Connect the power supply of the equipment and turn on the power switch. At this point, the equipment enters a standby state.

Manually place the paper box with the open side facing upwards at the rear end of the conveyor belt, ensuring that the seam to be sealed of the paper box is in the same direction as the conveyor belt's movement direction.

② Push the paper box forward to enter the sealing area. When the paper box triggers the photoelectric sensor, the equipment automatically starts the sealing process. The adhesive tape will automatically stick to the upper and lower surfaces of the paper box, and the pressure wheels will press down the adhesive tape, and the cutting device will cut off the adhesive tape, completing one sealing action.

③ After the sealing is completed, manually remove the sealed paper box from the front end of the conveyor belt and place it at the designated position.

3. End of work

④ When the workday ends or the equipment is temporarily not in use, turn off the power switch and unplug the power plug. Clean the surface of the equipment and the surrounding debris, tape scraps, etc., and keep the working area tidy.
