Operation Process
Place the carton with the open side facing up on the conveyor belt manually;
The carton enters the sealing area along the conveyor belt, and the photoelectric sensor starts the tape sticking;
The pressure wheel compacts the tape, and the cutter automatically breaks the tape, completing the sealing.
Mechanical Maintenance
The components are modularly designed, and wearing parts such as the tape holder and pressure wheel can be quickly replaced. Daily cleaning only requires wiping the conveyor belt and sealing components, and the maintenance cost is low.
